Network memberships

The Dunes de Flandre water sports resort has been a member of the France Station Nautique network since 1996. In this network, each water sport resort commits itself to offering a wide range of facilities and services that meet the requirements of the public. Key words are quality, safety and respect of the environment.

The resort is the ideal spot to get introduced to all sorts of activities, like diving, rowing, canooing or sandyachting, or to improve one’s skills in one or more of these sports. It is also possible to take private lessons or to rent material. Local sportsmen and women train throughout the year and participate in yachting races.

Moreover, the water sports centre and the different clubs organise different contests and races throughout the year. The biggest events are the water sports weekend and the departure of the Tour de France for racing yachts.

The staff of the Dunes de Flandre yachting school is at your disposal at every water sports centre to provide information on introductory lessons, training periods or on boat rental.
