La Licorne water sports centre

Set in the dunes, at a stone's throw away from the sandy beaches of Malo and Leffrinckoucke, the Licorne water sports centre offers the possibility to let yourself carry by the windf on board a catamaran, a dinghy or a sandyacht. You can also choose to go kiteboarding or windsurfing.
This water sports centre was built by the Dunes de Flandre Authority and partly funded by the European Union in the framework of the FEDER programme. It opened its doors in the year 2001.

Different associations offer introductory lessons and training sessions to improve your skill, using equipmùent that is very well looked after and that is regularly replaced by new material in order to meet the requirements of the public.

Facilities: individual and collective dressing rooms, classroom, toilets, boat ramp, first aid post in the direct vicinity, boat rinsing area, boat park and lockers for boat owners.

Les Albatros : sandyachting
Mer et Rencontres : sandyachting school, kiting and kayaking 
Dunkerque Flysurfing Club : kiteboarding
